If so, this 8-week tele-health program led by Stefania Manetti, Registered Dietitian /Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher could be the answer. Each week I will lead a discussion on a specific topic related to making or consolidating lasting lifestyle changes. We will start with a few minutes of gentle movement and conclude with a breathing and meditation practice. There will be optional readings and activities in between sessions.
