Welcome to my private practice. My name is Stefania Manetti and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 15 years of professional experience in the field of nutrition and wellness. I am here to help you translate the ever evolving science of nutrition into an individualized, sustainable and practical plan that fits into your life. I am based in San Jose, CA, and work via Telehealth with clients in California, selected States in the USA, and Italy.

I started my training in holistic health and subsequently opted to become a Registered Dietitian. This blended background reflects both my passion for nutrition as a science and my belief that an effective plan needs to take into consideration the person as a whole.
